Windows XP came with my Toshiba Laptop. I believe I am
getting close to losing it as I don't have a subscription
for it. How do I get it?

If XP came installed on your laptop, then it is already activated, and you
don't need to do anything. Are you getting any message that says you need to
activate?

Hello,

Are you talking about activation? If so, please proceed with the activation,
and you should be fine.

If you have any problems during activation, you have the option to call a
phone number. Do so, and they will help you to activate it.

If this was not what you were referring to, could you please explain a
little bit further what you mean?

there is no "subscription" to Windows XP. Are you sure you're not talking
about McAfee or Norton AV programs?
