Help! Fast with NT

My computer keeps shutting down with an error message...
NT Authority System is shutting down System.
Says something about remote termination.
I had to do a recovey on my computer today because I over
loaded the memory last night.(lap-top)
Why is this happening and how can I solve this head-ach.
I can't do anything because my computer is always
shutting down.
