How can I choose to turn off the jvm when I don't have
the msjvm on my computer because one in my family removed
it when they installed the sun java virtual machine?
Now, the choice between turning off/on the java is not
listed in the advanced options. Please send help
quickly. Thanks.

The Sun jvm can be disassociated with the browser through Control Panel,
Java Plug-in. Go to the browser tab and remove the check from the browsers
that you don't want the Sun jvm to be the java runtime for.
