View Full Version : Where are Usernames stored in the registry.

The text box in which u enter your Username for certain sites in some
instances a namelist pops to select your choice.

Where is this namelist stored. I originally suspected it to be cookies
but after deleting my cookies this namelist still exist but where...
probably obviously in the registry but where?

I have XP.

Open Internet Explorer, click Content Tab, Auto-complete, Clear Forms & =
Clear Passwords.

Thanks but my querie was were they are stored not on how to delete/clear
them.

In the "Protected Storage" registry key. Not visible to an user. You may =
use Protected Storage Explorer or similar utility to view the contents.
