When it says to change the 1 to a 0.... which 1 are they talking about since
there are more than one in this key?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed
Components\{44BBA840-CC51-11CF-AAFA-00AA00B6015C}

Change the value data from 1 to 0, and then click OK.

There should only be one IsInstalled there.
