We need to reinstall XP, but the keyboard is not
recognized. I thought I could create a boot disk, but I
have XP Home and the other machine is XP Professional,
and I've found that I can't do that.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this?

Thanks.

Let me see if I have this correct. When you insert the install CD it is
starting up and not recognizing you keyboard??? What kind of computer and
keyboard do you have?

Exactly! It's a Dell computer with a Keytronics
keyboard. Do you think it would help for me to download
a new Keytronics driver for the keyboard? My sister used
some utility to wipe the disk so she could start from
scratch and get things running right, so perhaps she blew
away the driver.

Thanks for your help,
Chris
