There is no need to register windows unless you want to.
If on the other hand you mean that you want to "activate"
windows then click start\all programs\accessories\system
tools\activate windows. Registration is purely voluntary
and WPA(Windows Product Activation) isn't(or at least
Microsoft likes to think WPA isn't voluntary) Keep
