Critical updates won,t install

I had to reinstall Windows XP Home Edition, and everythig
is fine except that Critical Updates won,t install. I=20
have already setup my setting to do it automatically, but=20
nothing happens. I had tryed my Internet Connection, I=20
downloaded the 32 packages that my computer needs, but=20
they will not install. Please help me.=20
