1) When my computer starts, I get an immediate error msg
listed as:
RUNDLL
Error Loading C:\WINDOWS\bs.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Is this necessary to have and how can I reload it if
necessary?

2) The second problem is my internet explorer website
isn't staying after I apply it. Each time my computer
starts and I open the internet explorer, the internet
opens up to something called ilook-up.com. I then get a
bunch of popups. I can't get rid of it. I look under
the internet explorer and it lists
www.squire.com/pop/partner.php
I can't get rid of this either and I think this has
something to do with my problem. I looked under
add/delete programs and don't see anything abnormal.

Any ideas/help appreciated.
