Hi ditty,
Here is some information i asked on the 02/03/2004 on
microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support with regards to OutLook Express
6.0. Info is below:
Yes, you should be able to work around that with a registry edit. With OE
closed, open the registry editor and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Identities>{GUID}>Software>Microsoft>OutlookExpress>5.0>Ma
il
Look in the right hand pane for the value "Safe Attachments" and then
right-click on that value, select Modify and change the Value data from 1 to
0
Close the registry editor and then open OE and see if the checkmark beside
"Do not allow attachments to be saved....." has been cleared.
