I eliminated a program via add/delete panel but I notice I still have a
folder for that program. When I click on properties it says 0 bytes and
contains 0 files and 0 folders.
Is it safe to delete that folder via just moving it to recycle bin? Is there
a free program that will remove empty folders or are empty folders sometimes
needed for system?
