3/4 of the movie is playing instead of whole

When I play my dvds, the movie shows up only 3/4 of the
screen. For example, when a disney dvd movie is playing,
it shows up as
Disn-- Entertainm---,
Any suggestions of what I should do? Thanks!

Hi,

Do you have your media player or dvd software player zoomed? Check your
settings and see if there's any options such as zoom and change it back to
the default.

No, I have nothing zoomed, even with any other player,
like InterActual, does the exact same thing.
