i can't log on

My msn messenger won't let me or my sister or family log on, it keeps on saying that i need to cheak my password and email sign in name,but when my sister goes to school and tries logging onto msn messenger there it will let her, without hastle,whats going
on?

I'm having the exact same problem with my parent's computer. I've finally been able to get into their hotmail but still can't get into messenger.
