Panasonic D-Snap AV-100 USB Driver

Can someone point me to a site for downloading Panasonic D-Snap AV-100 USB driver for WinXP. It is not plug and play.

The Panasonic website says the USB driver is supplied

Click on Instructions.... the PDF should launch... page 58 and 59

Should be on the CD ROM that came with the camera.
