I recently bought an iiyama ProLite E431S and whilst I am very happy with the screen in general it does seem to have an annoying problem when trying to play back video/dvd in fullscreen mode. It's quite hard to explain the problem really but jagged horizon
tal lines appear across the screen where there is a large change in colour. I have tried updating to the latest version of drivers for my Msi Nvidia Ti4600 card and have the latest version of media player but this did not help. I thought this would be a co
mmon problem but after searching the internet nothing has appeared and the iiyama and Nvidia sites have nothing on this. I have tried changing just about every video setting i can find but nothing seems to make the problem go away.
I didn't have this problem on the CRT i was using before hand at the same resolution 1280x1024 and i do not get it when usign the tv out at 800x600
Has anybody got any ideas?
I recently ordered a new graphics card because the Ti4600 is a bit old now so i'm hoping this will solve the problem anyway.
