Winfax 10 problem in XP

5 User profiles on the PC. For 3 of the users Winfax displays the
following message box eachtime they log onto the pc:

Winfax Port Starter
Error Return Code from CodeNamedPipe=231

The message box can only be closed thru XP task Manager.
Has anyone got any ideas.
