MY SOUND!!!!!

Only recently did this start happening. Whenever
mircrosoft boots up, my headphones are all fuzzy and
scratchy, I can still hear things though. But there is a
constant fuzz/distortion in the background. I know it
isn't my headphones, becuase I've switched them various
times. I'm not really sure what the problem is, and its
really starting to **** me off. Please help me out if you
can. Thanks.

Hard to diagnose since you didn't include any info on what type of sound
card is installed. This is where all of the sound originates from. You might
want to check with the manufacturer of the card for any known issues.
