When I send Photos from My Pictures Folder by Outlook
Express as an attachment,,The recipient receives the
message " Access Denied"..Neither recipient has Fire
Wall..Any Ideas ???

In Outlook Express, Go to Tools in the menu bar/Options and click on the
Security Tap. Un check the box next to "Do Not Allow Attachments to be
Saved......etc."

In OE the recipient should go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do
not allow attachments...".
