Dial-up Internet access is working well on my home XP Professional
box, but I would like to use the Guest account for the other family
members for security reasons.

I see the configured and tested dial-up connection among the possible
network connections in the Guest account, but I am not able to
activate it. Please can you tell me what should I do to use the
dial-up connection with the Guest account?

Totojepast,

No solution, only a workaround available:

Guest accounts cannot connect to internet or cannot initialize a RAS =
connection [by design]. But Guest account can use an already ON =
Cable/DSL/LAN connection or already connected Dial-up [from other user =
account] using Fast user Switching. During Fast user Switching: while =
the connection is retained for broadband connections, Dial-up =
connections might terminate while switching users. To prevent that, set =
the "KeepRasConnections" value to 1 in the Registry.
