You'll need to go out and purchase, and then install, Microsoft Word.

Do you have Word installed? If yes, open it and click on Help in its menu
bar.

You can do this with any installed program. In the table of contents for
most help files, you'll find an "overview" section. "Overview" is a quick
outline that explains what the program can do. Also in the table of
contents, look for "tutorial" and "how to" listings. These are usually step
by step run-throughs that cover the basic procedures that the program uses.
