Is it possible to install on Windows XP home edition the
Utopia sound scheme that came with Win 95/98? Where can I
get it? How to install it?

All sounds used by Windows are just WAV files. All you need to do is
download this file and run it to install the sound scheme.
http://download.microsoft.com/download/win95upg/utopia/1/W95/EN-US/utopia.exe
If the above direct download link does not work,

Look toward the bottom of the page on the left for
Download Utopia exe now.
I haven't used this, but running the program should install the WAV
files to your MEDIA folder. You then just choose the sounds in Sounds
and Audio Devices in Control Panel.
If they are not there, do a search for *.wav and move the utopia WAV
files to the MEDIA folder.
