Recently installed xp and when the desktop screen appears
I get a small box with the word RunNet in the bar at the
top. The message below is "component csras32.ocx or one
of its dependancies is not correctly registered a file is
missing or invalid". The computer seems to run fine, any
ideas ? thanks

To solve this problem:

1. click start
2. click run
3. type services.msc and press enter
4. In the resulting window select "Remote procedure call(RPC)" and
double-click it.
5. Select Automatic in Startup Type.
6. Click Start to start RPC service
7. Click Apply and Ok when prompted.
