webcam only green or black view

I have a webcam witch is correct working on other
computers but not on mine.

It worked fine at first but after the first reboot it
ended. Now the colors are only green en black and i can
barely see myself. I use Windows XP.

I've tried:
-reinstalling the software
-settings
-went to the store but it worked fine there.

If anybody recognizes this problem i'll hope go sent me
the solution .
