User account file error

Xref: kermit microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers:122946

I believe a user account file was inadvertantly shreaded
when ousting some data miner files.
When I goto Start>Control panel>USer Accounts
I get the error:
The system cannot find the specified file. Can anyone
help me recreate this file?

Run a System Restore rollback. If that does not help, insert the Windows =
XP CD and run "SFC /Scannow" in the RUN box. This should restore all the =
