"Logff not working"

[Nancy]

When I click logoff on start menu the box comes up asking
me if I want to switch user or logoff...after clicking
logoff it does nothing. In order for me to logoff I must
go through the task manager..go to users & select logoff
from there in order for it to work. ANy suggestions???

Use power off, not logoff.
