installing software for all users

New user to XP program. My husband and I are set up as
administraters. Kids have restriction. How do I install
newest version of Netscape so ALL (of us) users can use
the latest version?

I don't know about Netscape, but when I installed Internet Explorer on an
Admin account, it then wouldn't work on the system's Limited account, even
though all the shortcuts were there.

So I had to temporarily change the Limited Account to an Admin, and then
install the program. After the installation I changed the other account
back to Limited.
