I just installed Win XP Pro on a new PC. It is showing this unfortunate symptom (after -- if I recall correctly -- the SP 1 was installed): the "Turn Off" button shuts down Windows but does NOT turn off power to motherboard or drives AND the system immedi
ately reboots. I have to manually switch off the power to the MB in order to shut down. Suggestions? Solutions (other than re-installing Windows)? Thank you.
