I use Minolta Pi 1800 (a network computer) and run
Windows XP.
The printer is set to A4 in the control panel (printing
preference) and the programs (Word/Excel/Notepad) are
also set to A4 on my computer, but whenever I create a
new document, the paper size is set to letter when it
should be A4. I've got the same print settings as other
users within the Workgroup but they do not have this
problem.
The trouble is that the printer doesn't print
automatically unless I hit a button on the printer to
define the right paper size. This leads to the problem
where when I try to print multiple pages in an Excel
spreadsheet using a macro, it fails to print the second
page.
