Problems installing Chinese lenguage

I have a Windows xp Home Edition, and I am trying to
install East Asian Lenguage so I can read and write
chinese, but every time I try to install it I get a error
and ask me to insert the Windows XP CD ..but I don't have
it, windows xp came with my computer.
I don't know where can I get the files that I need to
install the chinese language.
Please someone help?
