Control Panel icon

I just upgraded to XP Home from 98SE. The Control Panel
icon on the start menu is barely visible, it appears as
though some of it is missing. Any ideas?

Hi Phil,

This has been noted before as a shell32.dll issue. In some cases this edit
and run command helps.

Repair the Icon View (Line 4)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm

Then, go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 /i shell32

Well, thanks for the help; unfortunately it didn't work. =20
I know it's really not that big of a deal, it's just an=20
annoyance factor with me, especially after spending the=20
$$$ on the upgrade.
