View Full Version : Problem with Recycle Bin

I have 18 items in my recycle bin but they do not display
when I open up the recycle bin. It just looks empty, but
I know that it is not. When I select "Empty Recycle Bin"
I get a message asking me if I want to permanently delete
all 18 items. I choose "no", but it does confirm that
there are items in the...I just can't get them to display
so I can see what they are. There must be something wrong
somewhere because the items are somehow hidden and I
don't know how to get them to display. Any hints to solve
this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!

They are probably hidden or system files.

In Windows Explorer, click on the Tools | Folder Options menu.

On the View tab, look for Files & Folders | Hidden Files, and select the Show
All Files option.
