Open the folder for the program and find the exe and then
right click on it and then click create shortcut and then
drag and drop it to the desktop. Every program I've ever
seen has it's own shortcut so you maybe able to do a
search for your e:mail program and then open it's folder
and drag and drop the shortcut already in there. Keep
smiling.
