Hi Matt,
I see you are accessing the forum via web.
You can configure Outlook Express to get and send the posts. Just
select a new news account, the name of the server is
msnews.microsoft.com.
It does not require a password. You have to munge your email address
so you don't get spammed, though.
The name of the newsgroup is
'microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support'
