Help & Support won't onpen from Start menu

[VAPORTRAILS]

When attempting to open "Help and Support" from the Start menu in XP an
error message pops up stating: "Windows cannot find 'helpctr.exe'. Make
sure you typed the name......." etc.

Any suggestions for repair?
