I'm getting apparently random error messages "Windows was unable to save all
of the data for the file C:\Windows\system 32\dllcache\x.dll, where x has
been shell32 among other values. I have observed no symptoms besides the
message. What does it mean and how can I get rid of it? The message states
that the problem might lie in the hardward network connection. Would that
category potentially include internet connections or does it strictly mean a
local network?
