I noticed that many people have the same problem.

Problem: Can't access the program when minimized.

Possible Solution Given:
-> Use the registry key downloaded at Kelly webpage.

I would like to know if there is a way to fix this problem without using any outside file/program.

No, I do not have Autohide taskbar option selected. No, I do not have Group Similar Taskbar selected.

I look forward to hear from Experts. Thanks.

Hi,

Download her file, right-click it and select edit. It should open in
notepad, and you can see the registry files that are affected (deleted)
after the explorer shell has been halted. When restarted, the keys are
rebuilt. There are a number of steps that need to take place, and what Kelly
(with a little help if you read the acknowledgement lines) is simplify this
process and automate it.
