missing send/receive button

i am using Microsoft Outlook with 3 users on the computer. my Outlook works
OK but the other two are missing their Send/Receive button from the toolbar.
can anyone help?

Try to right click on an empty space on the toolbar then choose customize.
You should be able to add/remove toolbar buttons. Hope that helps.
