I use Juno 5 for Internet and email and I stumped their
tech support with this printing problem: I can print a
web page normally, but when I try to print an email
message, Juno freezes right after I hit "OK" in the print
window, and I have to shut down Juno from the Windows
Task Manager. I used Task Mgr to end processes one-by-
one until I found which one prevents Juno from printing
emails. The culprit is one of the SVCHOST.EXE files
running under user name SYSTEM and using around
3,500Kb. But I understand that the SVCHOSTs are,
themselves, collections of multiple tasks bundled
together by Windows XP. (Printer is an HP 722C, and both
the printer and Juno5 are working fine on my other
computer, a Windows 98 pc.) So I don't know where to go
from here. Can anyone offer guidance or suggestions?
Thank you.
