mapisrvr.exe cannot find or access gapi32.dll

this is my problem . like it says in the sub . i dont
know what its for and i dont know how to reinstall or fix
this issue . is there anyone out there that can help?
i think it might have something to do with email . im
having some problems with my outlook not sending files
correctly. i am only assuming though like i said i really
know nothing about this matter
