View Full Version : Can't send attachments in Outlook Express

I am absolutely stumped! My email was working well all this time, and then
last week, all of a sudden, I started getting time out errors (0x800ccc19),
but only on emails that had attachments.

I have tried removing and creating a new email account in Express, I tried
changing the MTU speed, I did upgrades...

I have been at this for quite some time and still haven't found a solution.
I have Norton, so a virus is unlikely, but considering how spontaneous it
was, I have to wonder.

Any suggestions? I'm desperate! I'm a designer and rely on sending
attachments every day.
Oh, I should mention that I can send attachments uing Mail2Web, which is
okay for a temporary fix, but it's a wee bit of a pain for more than that.

Turn off email scanning in your anti-virus. It provides no added
protection.
