Sending faxes

I have an External Modem (Connexant 56kbs). I have installed fax services. I have enabled receiving and sending faxes. I can receive fax but I can not send. All faxes which I have tried to send, failed. The modem has succesfully made the call. The destinat
ion modem does respond, and begin initialization. After a few seconds the call is cancelled with failed report. This is very strange because my modem can succesfully receive faxes from the same fax machine. I receive EVENT ID: 32028 in Event viewer, but I
can not find on Technet this event or some explanations regarding why this events does occurs.
