how do i post a notbook file to a newsgroup?

help ! i am trying to post a letter to a newsgroup, i
have savesed in my notebook, but i don't know what i have
to do to transfer the saved notebook document, to an
email newsgroup.

Perhaps i didn't understand your problem, Rene. Why can't you just
post the letter the same way you posted the request?
