CD writing wizard

I cannot copy files or folders to a CD-R. The wizard says
that the disc is full or not writable, even though it is
a brand new CD-R straight from the packet. Any tips?

Hi Tracey,

Right-click the drive in Windows Explorer, choose properties. Go to the =
recording tab and make sure the line enabling recording on this drive is =
checked.
