User Defined/Custom Size paper

I am trying to print to a Okidata 320 through the generic printer driver and it does not have a custom or user defined paper size like it did in Win98. When searching all of my printers non of them have this function, is there a way to add it?

Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes.

From the Toolbar, select File, then Server Properties..... in the Forms tab
you can select Custom Page sizes.
