Call Waiting

I have my computer and WebTV on my one phone line. With
WebTV I can use Call Waiting so it interrupts me if I
have an incoming call. If I am online with the computer
my phone rings, with no answer, BUT it doesn't leave me a
message on Caller ID, as it should. {Trying to get to
the phone company about this.) Do you have this problem,
and/or is it possible to connect the computer to Call
Waiting? I'm using a HP Pavilion with MSN one-line
service.
