virtual memory

[bifocals]

I have a second hdd[usb2] unit and I want to add a page file to it. using
the dialog box I selected the drive . set custom and values for min and max.
clicked set and rebooted. a check shows values set. but no pagefile.sys
file on the drive . also the value show for virtual memory on pc is value
only of original internal hdd. how do you force a pagefile onto a hdd.

don't think a PF can be assign to an external drive...

You may not put a page file on removable media, like a USB hard drive
