The first thing I would ask is has this computer been
used to "download" "free" music from the internet,
or "free" software? If it has I would suspect it has a
trojan horse type of virus that a computer can get from
the recording industry to stop people from stealing
music. If you have been downloading "free" stuff like
music, all I can recomend is wiping hard drive and
starting over, thats mt experince anyway.
