Receiving faxes

Help I used to be able to receive faxes no prob. now all I
keep getting is 'error occured while receiving fax'. I can
still send faxes OK

Nothing as far as I know. How about some useful help?

Rather difficult to provide with absolutely no troubleshooting information.
If you're asking if there is a known issue wherein Windows XP Fax suddenly
stops receiving for no known reason, the answer is no.
At the very least, state what happens when you receive a fax and under what
circumstances, precise error messages, what appears in Event Viewer, and
whether your fax modem is on the Windows HAL list.

I have just installed my fax wizard. I have sent one successful fax (to my work's number), and I believe another to a French number and I think they are trying to reply however every time I go to receive I too get the message "An error occurred while rece
iving the fax". I've check the settings via help over and over again but I can't pinpoint via help why? Can someone please help???
