I have upgraded to XP Home Edition from ME and would
like to know how to upgrade the program listed in
subject. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

just look for your windvd disk and insert it in your dvd/cd rom drive.

if you have not disabled auto play on your winxp yet, setup will
automatically start.

Which version of WinDVD do you have? Did you uninstall it before you
upgraded to XP? If not, you will have problems upgrading WinDVD (you may
not be able to uninstall it).
