Hi,

Usually the defaults are fine unless you have specific
needs. There is no one correct set up.

When you get the "cannot find server" page, sometimes it's
because the web pages server is really busy, or the web
page is being worked on, or the server itself is being
worked on, or your ISP's server is really busy, or being
worked on, etc. This is not unusual.
